Please note that NAPFA test is a requirement for all students including foreign students . This is the directive from the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE).
The time is 4.30pm sharp. The place is NP track and field. Please come with your short and running shoes. Please let your tutor know if you have class during this date and time.
Not attending the NAPFA tests is stated in your transcipt as "absent". Please see attached file. However, attend the test but fail will have the word "participated" in your transcript.

lol how's my work? i accept constructive comments ((: anyway, back to NAPFA. alright i've nothing against Standing Broad Jump but i barely got an E ever since i took my first NAPFA test heh. it's not that i've short legs but i just can't do it? LOL all of sudden i remember what ahmag told me last time. she used to jump over those big drains alot since she's young so she could do good in SBJ lol and i still replied her, "wah then i must find those big drains and practise liao. thanks leh ahmag." ..... now i find it 'WTF' LOL i'm lol-ing and i mean literally.
i'm really happy i msn-ed brinana. i am proud to say that we're either smiling or laughing as we talked about our secondary school life. our letter writings, etc. i cleaned my whole room that day and i chanced upon a nikeshoebox full of letters! then i saw the most special letter i ever got. by brina, using aluminium foil lol. she's also the one who taught me how to write letters! i haven't seen the first letter she wrote for me but i can remember clearly that it's folded nicely and written in purple . i'm really touched when she mentioned she places the redbear i gave her on her shelf awww. she remembers how i look when we had our 2.4km run. as well as how i used to use the F word in writings LOL. brinana are you reading this? indeed, these are heartfelt moments T_T we used to have alot of fun... lol i would also wanna highlight to lycheemartyniers that i'm wearing the same pair of shorts i used to wear in my secondary school wahahaha! damn recyclable can lol. omg la i really enjoy talking to brinana right now... faster end my entry xDD
oh there's Sit n Reach and 2 other stations too and not to mention, the 2.4km run. i'm happy enough to get Bronze. hopefully i do (: the girls said they wanna bathe before going home after the test. sorry, i do not like bathing nor showering unless in homes and not in public toilets and such (: it's like no matter how long i take to bathe, i do not feel clean? so i'd rather i smell and bathe when i reach home lol. my mission's to stink the buses and mrts tmr! plus, i'm giving it all for the final NAPFA test of my life. fail with flying colors man. woooohoooooo!!
